Metering Services, Inc. is a SBA 8(m) Woman-Owned Small Business – Keri Frampton is President. Metering Services, Inc. is managed by Dave & Chase Frampton.

The Tempe office is staffed with four administrative personnel who are available to assist Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Metering Services, Inc.’s field technicians are trained and certified to test, calibrate, install and retrofit water meters and backflow assemblies.

Our crews work around the clock to meet the needs of our customers in the event that water service is disrupted.
